Tips to keep your account secured and what to do when you think that your information has been compromised.
There are a number of things you can do to protect your account, here are some steps you can take in advance to increase the security level of your account:
- Help protect your Dagpay account by enabling the 2-Factor Authentication.
- Secure your email address with 2-Step Verification.
These are just a few possible examples of keeping your account and email safe.
In case you have a reason to believe that any of your personal information has been compromised:
- Reset the password for your registered email address. The password for your email address and account should always be different.
- Reset your Dagpay password.
Keep in mind that you should never reveal your account credentials to anyone and that we will never ask you for your password.
