What is the KYC process and why is it necessary?
We have implemented a KYC (Know-Your-Customer) procedure to ensure a safe environment for all our customers. It is of utmost importance to us to prevent money laundering and to impede any kind of support to organizations supporting terrorism.
The verification process usually takes 2-3 working days. If something is wrong with your application, you will get notified by email, explaining why your application got rejected and the steps required to get your application accepted.
