Company (legal entity) business accounts are divided into 3 Tiers with different limits for receiving payments based on the level of business proof required.
Requirements for Tier 1 business verification (up to 1 000 EUR per month):
There are two steps required for Tier 1 business verification. In the first step, you will have to provide information about your business. In the second one, you will have to provide the required documents that will validate your business information.
Make sure that you fill out all the required fields regarding your business. Keep in mind writing the legal name of the business as written in the registration document and providing the business registration date on which you registered your business in your country (not in Dagpay).
In the second step, you will be requested to submit a photocopy of at least one of the following government-issued business registration documents, for example:
- Officially issued business license/registration
- Officially registered Articles of Incorporation
This document should include your name as a business owner, your business license, the date that your business was created, and all the legal information related to your business.
When your Tier 1 business verification is reviewed and approved, you will be able to process up to 1 000 EUR worth of crypto payments per calendar month. If you wish to raise your limit, you will need to apply for Tier 2 business verification.
Requirements for Tier 2 business verification (up to 10 000 EUR per month):
In order to be eligible for Tier 2 business verification, you will need to submit a photocopy of at least one document proving your business address. We accept documents such as utility bills, electricity bills, water bills, tax invoices, bank statements, etc.
NB! The registration document cannot be older than 3 months.
When your Tier 2 business verification is reviewed and approved, you will be able to process up to 10 000 EUR worth of crypto payments per calendar month. If you wish to raise your limit, you will need to apply for Tier 3 business verification.
Requirements for Tier 3 business verification (unlimited):
In order to be eligible for Tier 3 business verification, you will need to submit photocopies of documents with additional business proof. These are:
- A copy of your company share certificate which serves as legal proof of ownership of the number of shares indicated.
- A copy of an official document listing all board directors in your company.
When your Tier 3 business verification is reviewed and approved, you will be able to process unlimited crypto payments per calendar month.
